Accessibility statement
Reply accessibility commitment
Approach
Reply is committed to achieving the highest levels of satisfaction for all its customers' experience, making its Website https://challenges.reply.com (the “Website”) broadly accessible to users with disabilities or impairments with ageing.
The goal of Reply is to provide its customers with the most accessible and inclusive online experience, and to substantially comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Levels A and AA (WCAG 2.1). In the Reply effort to conform with WCAG 2.1, we have submitted the Website to several reviews with automated accessibility software, accessibility audit and human review with assistive technology.
We acknowledge that accessibility is an ongoing concern, a journey, not a destination. To that end, we continue to conduct reviews at reasonable intervals to assess the Websites' constant level of substantial compliance with WCAG 2.1 and look for new ways to enhance the online experience for customers with disabilities.
