One of the things that makes MSC Cruises different and unique in the industry is that they are a family company with a great passion for the sea. MSC Cruises has a rich maritime heritage born from a long line of captains and ship owners who have been playing their part in the history of navigation and seamanship.
 

Employer Branding is about the promotion of a company by the people who work for it. Whether that be through word of mouth, online or to customers.
